The secret to success is right in front of you and inside of you.  You must explore your own goals and visions for your future and then take concrete steps every day to insure you will achieve your dreams and become the leader you wish to become.  You need to tap into your dreams, set goals and visualize what kind of leader you wish to become. You have the power to make sure it happens!

Graduation can by YOUR reality!
To make graduation a reality, you need to reach out to someone who believes in you.  You may need someone who can reinforce those inner voices that say, “You CAN do this, you CAN finish!”  You need someone who helps you tap into your own resourcefulness and self-awareness to make the critical decisions that are most important for your future.  You need someone that can guide and support you as you seek out the necessary direction, resources and skills for achieving graduation.  You need someone who can cheer you along the way, someone who knows as much as you do that you can graduate!  You need someone who’ll encourage, motivate, reinforce and inspire you to achieve your dreams.  You need someone who knows what this challenge requires and what it takes to finish well!  You need to a coach!

You need a Graduation Coach!
We’ve all been there…wrapped up in distractions, wallowing in life’s downers and a suffering with a bad case of “I just don’t wanna”!  It’s time to take action before it’s too late.  A Graduation Coach will:

  • Listen and discern what resources are necessary for you to graduate.
  • Assist you in discovering your innate, positive survival skills that you can use and apply to every day setbacks and challenges that keep you from moving forward.
  • Help you clarify the best direction for your personal and educational success.
  • Motivate you to find the best action plan necessary for your direction
  • Help you discover the best guidance, resources and assistance in your own school/community.
  • Encourage you to become your own cheerleader and take responsibility for graduation and your future.
  • Guide you to self-advocate so you feel powerful enough to take charge, take action and take ownership of your decision-making skills.
  • Inspire you to make critical decisions for moving forward towards graduation, leadership and your successful future.
  • Empower you to feel confident enough to use the same strategies, goals and vision-creation for future leadership-building moments.
  • Offer you opportunities to meet (online) and brainstorm with other graduates and parents in the same situation.
  • Support you along your journey to graduation and celebrate with you when you graduate!

Our Mission
Our mission is to empower students with the knowledge, skills and resources to become self-advocating, responsible and determined action-takers who are ready to become leaders in our community. We also work with parents and professionals who work with students and equip them with tools and techniques for motivating the unmotivated student.

Our Founder
Trish Zenczak, M.Ed. Leadership, was a high school dropout.  While living on her own at the age of 17, she returned to high school, graduated in the top 5% of her class and paid her own way through college.  Trish was a high school teacher in the public school system for 15 years.  She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Florida Atlantic University and received her Master’s in Educational Leadership from Lynn University.  Throughout her career as a teacher and as a foster parent, she has had numerous opportunities to work with the “unmotivated and wounded” student.  Her dream is to encourage, motivate and inspire students to become driven, self-advocating and responsible for their own success.
